Orange is an international brand of telecommunications services. Under this brand, services are provided in 35 countries to 147 million customers. It is estimated that Orange IT infrastructure is used by about 7,000 employees, and about 17,000 are concluded daily transactions.
Orange as a communication leader invests in the development of digital channels, so it is necessary to adapt them in such a way as to ensure the best experience for users and customers. For this reason, Orange needed specialists with appropriate knowledge and skills who would be able to support their team in ongoing activities regarding channel development in terms of UX / UI Design.
We have provided a team of 19 UI designers, UX designers, researchers, testers and front-end developers who support Orange daily in ongoing activities. Starting from research, creating the UX concept of Orange products and services, website Web design, to website coding and implementation. One of the last projects we took part in was Orange Flex – we dealt with designing the entire purchasing process.
