Noma Solutions is a rapidly growing software house. Despite a team of ten people, it implements innovative and technologically advanced projects. His team is powered by experts in the field of PHP Symfony and Angular, who thanks to experience in hundreds of projects can quickly implement the most advanced applications.

Challenge

Due to the rapid development, Noma faced the challenge of acquiring experienced experts of given technologies so that they could work on the further development of projects. As a startup entering the IT market, they had to face very high competition and high requirements of experienced developers. They wanted to continue to develop in creating newer, more advanced and efficient projects.
